So, now it is made clear that the fraud allegations posited by Deborah Butler, which were blindly supported by many and knowingly spurred on by Susan Menez and Brenda Ryan are wholly untrue.
Tony Bennett has had to endure many months of being labelled a “Thief” and a “Liar”. Tony has had not just his personal life, but his families and friends personal lives exposed, twisted and then broadcast by Butler and her cronies; Menez provided the platform for these atrocities to be aired. Butler, Menez and Ryan actively encouraged members of the Missing Madeleine Portal to abuse Tony and foundation members. Butler and Menez also carried out such acts – with the addition of both explicit and tacit threats – against members of the Madeleine Foundation, myself included. This abuse extended even to those who dared to question Butler’s allegations, or sit on the fence and await the outcome of the police investigation.
Thus, I hereby request that Butler publicly and personally apologise for all the damage and upset she has caused to Tony Bennett, his family, The Madeleine Foundation and individual members and supporters. This request extends also to her chief cohort Susan Menez.
Additionally, having personally sponsored Butler £30.00. for her alleged Macmillan Cancer Support sponsored walk, I request that she verify that the walk has taken place when she eventually surfaces. Make no mistake Butler, I begrudge being duped.

Now excuse me but it seems some people are jumping the gun. By Bennett's own standards just because no charges are being brought because of INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE that does not mean that he is innocent. Far from it. It could mean that the CPS (THATS CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE FOR THE MM THICKOS) do not believe that it is in the public interest to continue, or that the evidence is that a 50/50 verdict may come out.
Now the CPS do not go into a case on a 50/50 whim. In fact they always drop these cases as a case has to be proven BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that someone is guilty.
So insufficient evidence does not mean NOT GUILTY, and i would have thought a Solicitor would have known that.
