1.........Why did you wreck a perfectly good forum/site, just so you could accommodate Bennett and his cronies. Lots of people in forum land both Anti's and Pro's said that your forum had the potential to be a forum where people could debate with each other. It is correct that it started off like that but then Bennett dictated to you who should be banned and who should not be banned.
Once again Bennett sent off his little PM's insisting people were banned OTHERWISE HE WOULD NOT POST ON YOUR FORUM AGAIN. (that comes from a Foundation member).
2........So why did you let him trash your site, by getting rid of perfectly good posters that are/were polite as anything and the only difference was that they did not believe with Bennett?
3........Why do you allow Bennett and his cronies to post libellous comments on your forum. You are aware that Bennett has had a undertaking that himself, his representatives or servants are not allowed to keep posting libellous comments or any article that is banned. YOU ARE CLASSED AS HIS REPRESENTATIVE, YOU CAN BE SUED FOR THE LIBEL COMMENTS ON YOUR SITE BY BENNETT. And believe me if they do, you will be done more because you knew that it was banned, as Bennett posted the letters up.
4......Are you aware of how many forums Bennett has been thrown off because of his libel spouting? 4 that we are aware of, maybe more, especially as a old user name keeps popping up now.
Honestly Jill i cannot be bothered if Bennett loses his house, he deserves it. You on the other hand, some may say you deserve it, i personally don't. You have your reasons, albeit it wrong reasons, (just as they are representatives of the NHS) and now you have allowed Bennett to suck you into this mess.
I am aware that you received a letter from Carter Ruck, and i am aware of what it says, that is between you and them, but for your house, your sake, your livelihood and your family.
GET RID OF BENNETT, LET HIM SPOUT HIS RUBBISH ON HIS OWN SITE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING
