When they started it, the Foundation could have helped change the law, help set up Amber Alerts, help to co-ordinate searches for lost children. But no it never happened, and why did it not happen, because they let hatred,jealousy and envy get in their way.
They are jealous of successful parents having children, and at the same time owning their own house, whilst being able to go abroad on holiday. These parents are attacked by the scum you read about that live in slum council houses and trash trailer parks.
It is them that sit with their alcohol in one hand, crisps in the other telling their kids to feed themselves because they are to busy attacking the McCanns.
They have to go to cash their giros on cheap booze and fags, whilst being envious of the McCanns.
If they had thought about it, a lot of good could have happened.
