I do not know if they are telling the truth of not, but this country and judicial system prides itself on "Innocent until proven Guilty". Forums, blogs and websites are not courts of law, they are places where people post and share a view and interact in topics of discussion.
Innocent until proven guilty, which i believe stands for the McCanns as well. Yet this poster is on about a CONVICTED PAEDOPHILE, THEY PLEADED GUILTY. So they are prepared to have one rule for the McCanns and one rule for a CONVICTED PAEDOPHILE

This country also prides itself on "you done the crime, you did the time." As far as I can see, this Westoby was caught, arrested, tried, sentenced, served his sentence and hasn't offended again.
Oh dear =, you see this is where people can change their names to suit them. Westoby has not been convicted, but he has under his new identitiy. Stop Laffin at the back there.

This is a Court transcript , since when Westoby has not been accused of any sex offence and his Lawyer successfully pleaded for his name to be removed from the sex offenders list in 2009. Seems an apology is in
order .

A PAEDOPHILE found in possession of sordid videos at his Winterton home has been warned he would face a heavy prison sentence if he did not change his 'distasteful' lifestyle.
Prosecuting at Scunthorpe Magistrates Court, Sue Barker said videos of naked and semi-naked children playing in a Scunthorpe's Central Park, and on a beach in Skegness, were found at the home of Andrew Martin Westoby (26).

The footage had been covertly shot by Graeme Johnson, Westoby's flatmate, who was jailed for two-and-a-half years in October last year, the court heard.
Westoby, of West Street, Winterton, admitted possessing indecent photographs of a child.
Sentencing him to two years on probation, the presiding magistrate Dr Rodney Mitchell said: "It is difficult to know what to do with people who have committed these sorts of offences.
"These offences are distasteful to the public at large - you don't agree that these activities are undesirable or illegal.
"The public at large do not agree with you.''
Prosecuting, Mrs Barker said the offence dated back to 1996 when Customs and Excise officers raided the flat of Johnson and Westoby.

"They seized a number of videos,'' she added.
Mrs Barker said the videos featured shots filmed in Scunthorpe and Skegness of children playing, the camera hidden in a bag, and had been edited together.
Defending, Andrew Pascoe told the court that Customs officers had been alerted by a package that came from abroad and decided to raid the flat.
"It was always the case as far as Mr Westoby was concerned when interviewed that he knew nothing about the taking of those videos,'' Mr Pascoe said.
"He admitted that he had watched them.''
Mr Pascoe said delays in processing the matter meant Westoby had the charges hanging over his head for a "considerable period of time.''
And, he added: "We have to take into account that the offence has potentially serious implications.
"Over the last two years and three months there has been no further offending - during that time Mr Westoby has demonstrated he is perhaps not quite as high a risk as may have been thought.''
Sentencing, Dr Mitchell ordered Westoby to register with the police as a sex offender.
"Further offending will almost certainly result in a heavy prison sentence,'' he said.
"You should try and give up this Behaviour before it ruins you.'
Panda yes a COURT TRANSCRIPT THAT CLEARLY SHOWS HE IS A PAEDOPHILE. One that enjoys looking at photos of children. Westoby has never had his name of the Police Sex Offenders Register, which is different from the Courts Sex Offenders Register. get your facts right please.

Onto the allegations that the Pro's should have told the Anti's about it all.
THEY DID AND NOTHING HAPPENED. Ambersuz probably wanted a bit of him (given her Porn background) and gave him MOD status. Brenda was told about him, then she went and made the MODS anonymous and denied that he was one. Only when he himself said he was a MOD on her site did she admit it.
What have these two got in common? Simple each one received notice that Westoby was on their site as D
rachen/Schuffnel and that he was a convicted paedophile. Both of them ignored the advice and went on to brand the posters WUM's, Part of Team McCann, or anything else and then allowed Westoby to PORT SCAN their PC's from their IP address.
Luckily i have a very good firewall and up to date security so i know when someone has tried to Port Scan my PC.. I very much doubt some of you do.
Remember most of you have added Westoby as a friend on Facebook, he has had access to your kids photos. Imagine him looking at them, perving over them, and God knows what else over them.
