Joanna Yeates case : anyone thinking police got 'their man' in Vincent Tabak may have to reconsider. All will be revealed soon.
If this is true, then I am coming around to suspecting that CJ and JH could be in this together and they could be IMO the "serial killers" we have wondered about and who could have framed VT as CJ had the key to his flat.
IMO the police wanted to release the body to the parents for the funeral but they had not really finished checking VT out. EW was away in Chile.
Neither CJ nor JH have a decent alibi for the 17th.
Where did CJ go in his car between 7 and 9pm?

Today Avon and Somerset police released a photo of Joanna Yeates looking at a piece of work she produced for her Post Graduate Diploma show.
Why did they do this today? Are the police uncertain that Tabak is the killer and are still seeking information, hoping the photo will prick a conscience?

I wonder what the A&S police have on this guy?
Despite the arrest, it still does not explain the bizarre body language from the bf, or why all of his early interviews were removed from the public arena.
Is this going to be another Colin Stagg/Barry George situation?

I got the directors' names for it though, and have just Googled one of them - a Henri Exton. If it's the same one he's a former head of undercover operations in the police!

The Madeleine Foundation was one of a number of organisations, websites, forums and blogs that cheerfully reproduced the Hollingsworth article in its entirety, because it at last revealed some of the awful truth behind what was really going on in the murky world of the McCanns' private investigations. Like others, we received libel letters breathing fire against us from Exton's top London Solicitors, and warning us of the direst of consequences if we did not instantaneously remove his name from our website.
As a precaution, we did so at the time. We now have a long article on our website, by John Whitehouse, charting the known history of the McCanns' ill-fated private investigations up to the present. The article compromised by only referring to Henri Exton by his initials, HE.

I think if it goes to court the charge will be dropped to manslaughter.

MaryB Yesterday at 10:15 pmI think the same. That it was accidental and he did not mean her to die. But it is dreadful for her parents. And whoever did this should not have kept quiet and see somebody else arrested. And also what happened in the aftermath was dreadful leaving her out in the snow. I think other people must have told lies to the police. Re this. Hence the appeal by Jo's parents.

The keystone cops have nothing on these guys.
Meanwhile, a police source says that the suitcase/bag theory is a deliberate "red herring," which really tells you all you need to know - they know she was killed in the flat, they know she was moved to a car (which clearly should have been there, ie it wasn't a stranger), and it's obvious that they know there were no drag marks on the body because the drag marks were on the heel of the sock.
They are now either playing some clever psychological games to flush out the killer, or much more likely, they are stuggling desperately to find their own a*hole with both or either hands.
Really, sir Robert must be spinning in his grave, he really must at this sad fiasco of British "policing."
Sack them and bring in the Portugeuse police - and to think the British press crucified them for the Madeleine affair.
This lot wouldn't have even detected that she'd gone missing.
