Bremner says she suffers from bipolar ,which involves periods of depression. It can be stabilised by drug treatment, mainly lithium, depakote.
I wonder whether Brown has told Bremner that its all in the mind and to just get a grip?

Generally speaking, I don't buy the chemical imbalance theory for any depression; I believe people just don't want to deal with real life issues and the fact that sometimes life is simply depressing and damn difficult.
