Not very good for Bennett. He has already been rebuked several times and told to stick to the case and not to keep asking questions that have no bearing, or relevance to the case. It seems, according to the source, Bennett has spent hours upon hours, dreaming up how to ambush the Carter Ruck personnel, just to find he cannot use one bit of it.
There are less supporters there for him today than yesterday, which is embarrassing for him to say the least. And if you are wondering why someone wanted to contact Bennett ASAP, well simple really. They were trying to stop him trying to use some evidence, that they know was useless and would make Bennett, seem a total tit.

JUDGEMENT DEFERRED FOR ONE WEEK
So Bennett, floundered totally, he presented irrelevant defence on his behalf. He attempted to argue with IM and was reprimanded by the Judge for this.
It was also highlighted that Bennett was publishing inaccuracies in regards to what Kate McCann said when refusing to answer the fabled 48 questions.
Bennett's summing up, was presented quite well by himself, but it was rebuked a few times by the Judge.
