Swabs from Stuart Lubbock’ internal body fluids examined from in a variety of samples. No samples showed the presence of DNA material from anyone else.
Boxer shorts – blood and semen stains were not profiled [stated reason: “There was a discrete bloodstain present on the outside fly area of the boxer shorts. There was also an area of semen staining on the inside of the fly. DNA (STR) profiling was not attempted on this item as the location of this staining is not what I would expect as a result of recent sexual intercourse”] (?)

SO NO DNA FROM ANYONE, NO EVIDENCE OF SEXUAL INTERCOURSE ...SO HOW CAN (AS BENNETT PUT) LUBBOCK HAD BEEN FISTED, AND HAD SEX AT THE PARTY, WHEN EVEN THE FORENSICS SAID THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF IT WHATSOEVER..AND WHO SAYS SO...

Conclusion: “In my opinion there is no scientific evidence to indicate that Stuart Lubbock had sexual relations immediately prior to his death”
