Carter-Ruck. Are you aware that 'muratfan' is promoting '60 Reasons' on his blog?

I wonder if Carter-Ruck are aware that 'muratfan', on his notorious blog 'brenryandand co', is actively promoting "What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann? - 60 Reasons which suggest she was not abducted"?
In response to Carter-Ruck's letters, myself and The Madeleine Foundation agreed not to provide any links at all to other places on the internet where '60 Reasons' could be read.
And we have stuck to our word. These links were removed from our website months ago in response to a specific request by Carter-Ruck.
But - hey! - not for 'muratfan', who on the home page of his 'brenryandandco' blog helpfully gives links for two separate places where it may be read - on a well-known English blog and on Wikileaks. I cannot give the links to these here, as that could (not necessarily would by the way) be deemed to be a breach of my undertaking on 25 November last year.
If Carter-Ruck were to accuse me of breaching an undertaking while allowing 'muratfan' to continue promote my '60 Reasons' book, that would look, well, really rather stupid.
